Narrative:
Shortly after takeoff, passenger xx (row X) rang her call light. As flight attendant #4, I answered. She asked me which lavatory she should use. I told her to use the main cabin lavatory in back for numerous reasons, including the fact she was in main cabin. We were preparing for our beverage/meal service. She argued with me, wanting to use first class lavatory. I told her it would be best to use the main cabin lavatory. She was defiant with me and then took off to first class. She seemed to have an arrogant attitude. We brought the beverage cart up to row Y (as usual) to begin the main cabin service, waiting for the meal cart before moving back. The passenger returned and now the cart blocked her from her seat. I was trying to avoid this, but she would not follow my directions. There is very little maneuvering room in this area and we try to keep the carts out of first class. I told her she would have to wait for the carts, because she went up to first class (lavatory) instead of main cabin. She then began to give me orders, telling me 'look, you just do your job!' I said 'just wait a min, and don't tell me what to do.' then she took a step toward me, so she was standing about 8-9 inches from my face -- much too close for comfort -- basically 'in my face.' then she pushed me with her hand, like someone does starting a fight. This startled me and made me nervous. I never pushed her back or touched her whatsoever. I said 'that's it' and left the scene and went to the cockpit to inform the captain. I also wanted to avoid the possibility that this woman would do anything further. She seemed to have a problem with authority/authorized, taking any directions from a crew member and had a defiant attitude. The passenger was met by a representative, and she admitted to him that she pushed/shoved me on the flight. Later, when she was asked to fill out her information on a report, she did so and then scribbled over the entire area, making it unreadable. I verified her name on the manifest. This woman is not in her right mind, doing something like this.

Title: CABIN ATTENDANT RPT, S80, LAS-DFW, VERBALLY ABUSIVE PAX SHOVED CABIN ATTENDANT. CAPT HAD AUTHS MEET FLT. RPT FILED, BUT PAX MADE IT UNREADABLE.
Narrative: SHORTLY AFTER TKOF, PAX XX (ROW X) RANG HER CALL LIGHT. AS FLT ATTENDANT #4, I ANSWERED. SHE ASKED ME WHICH LAVATORY SHE SHOULD USE. I TOLD HER TO USE THE MAIN CABIN LAVATORY IN BACK FOR NUMEROUS REASONS, INCLUDING THE FACT SHE WAS IN MAIN CABIN. WE WERE PREPARING FOR OUR BEVERAGE/MEAL SVC. WE BROUGHT THE BEVERAGE CART UP TO ROW Y (AS USUAL) TO BEGIN THE MAIN CABIN SVC, WAITING FOR THE MEAL CART BEFORE MOVING BACK. THE PAX RETURNED AND NOW THE CART BLOCKED HER FROM HER SEAT. I SAID 'THAT'S IT' AND LEFT THE SCENE AND WENT TO THE COCKPIT TO INFORM THE CAPT. I ALSO WANTED TO AVOID THE POSSIBILITY THAT THIS WOMAN WOULD DO ANYTHING FURTHER. SHE SEEMED TO HAVE A PROB WITH AUTH, TAKING ANY DIRECTIONS FROM A CREW MEMBER AND HAD A DEFIANT ATTITUDE. THE PAX WAS MET BY A REPRESENTATIVE, AND SHE ADMITTED TO HIM THAT SHE PUSHED/SHOVED ME ON THE FLT. LATER, WHEN SHE WAS ASKED TO FILL OUT HER INFO ON A RPT, SHE DID SO AND THEN SCRIBBLED OVER THE ENTIRE AREA, MAKING IT UNREADABLE. I VERIFIED HER NAME ON THE MANIFEST. THIS WOMAN IS NOT IN HER RIGHT MIND, DOING SOMETHING LIKE THIS.
