Narrative:
I worked first class and most things are hearsay. I did work the duty free cart after the meal service and told these 2 guys that they were loud. They were in the last row of coach, left side, but seemed to be with a group of perhaps 6-8 young men -- all loud, drinking, spread around the last few rows of coach. These 2 asked me for drinks, but I'd already been told they'd been 'cut off' for a while by coach flight attendants. Later, I was on break and not told of offenses, but the first officer and captain were making decisions and the first officer went back a few times. It was reported that they had their own liquor, smoked in lavatory, and refused to move their feet from the aisle for others trying to pass in aisle. 1 bottle of liquor was given to flight attendants by the passenger in front of them, after it had rolled under seat. These 2 were young, appeared to not be aware of gravity of situation, but were very remorseful after some sleep, landing, and being greeted by security and fbi. I noticed several passenger volunteered to file a complaint to officers as they deplaned. I coordinated with captain, but was not directly involved in their offensive actions with passenger. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter said that the fbi didn't interview her or the rest of the crew, as far as she knows. She didn't remember writing the report, so could offer no new details. Supplemental information from acn 459873: 3 passenger went to their own bottles of liquor, purchased at duty free in lhr. One or more smoked in the aft lavatory. They wouldn't turn over the liquor to cabin or cockpit crew member. They interfered with all levels of cabin service. They were belligerent and defiant even with police meeting the flight in lax. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter said that there were only 3 young men involved and not the 8 mentioned in the purser's report. The smoke alarms never sounded. She confirmed that the crew was not interviewed by the fbi and believes they didn't meet the plane, but that los angeles the police did.

Narrative: I WORKED FIRST CLASS AND MOST THINGS ARE HEARSAY. I DID WORK THE DUTY FREE CART AFTER THE MEAL SVC AND TOLD THESE 2 GUYS THAT THEY WERE LOUD. THEY WERE IN THE LAST ROW OF COACH, L SIDE, BUT SEEMED TO BE WITH A GROUP OF PERHAPS 6-8 YOUNG MEN -- ALL LOUD, DRINKING, SPREAD AROUND THE LAST FEW ROWS OF COACH. THESE 2 ASKED ME FOR DRINKS, BUT I'D ALREADY BEEN TOLD THEY'D BEEN 'CUT OFF' FOR A WHILE BY COACH FLT ATTENDANTS. LATER, I WAS ON BREAK AND NOT TOLD OF OFFENSES, BUT THE FO AND CAPT WERE MAKING DECISIONS AND THE FO WENT BACK A FEW TIMES. IT WAS RPTED THAT THEY HAD THEIR OWN LIQUOR, SMOKED IN LAVATORY, AND REFUSED TO MOVE THEIR FEET FROM THE AISLE FOR OTHERS TRYING TO PASS IN AISLE. 1 BOTTLE OF LIQUOR WAS GIVEN TO FLT ATTENDANTS BY THE PAX IN FRONT OF THEM, AFTER IT HAD ROLLED UNDER SEAT. THESE 2 WERE YOUNG, APPEARED TO NOT BE AWARE OF GRAVITY OF SIT, BUT WERE VERY REMORSEFUL AFTER SOME SLEEP, LNDG, AND BEING GREETED BY SECURITY AND FBI. I NOTICED SEVERAL PAX VOLUNTEERED TO FILE A COMPLAINT TO OFFICERS AS THEY DEPLANED. I COORDINATED WITH CAPT, BUT WAS NOT DIRECTLY INVOLVED IN THEIR OFFENSIVE ACTIONS WITH PAX. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR SAID THAT THE FBI DIDN'T INTERVIEW HER OR THE REST OF THE CREW, AS FAR AS SHE KNOWS. SHE DIDN'T REMEMBER WRITING THE RPT, SO COULD OFFER NO NEW DETAILS. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 459873: 3 PAX WENT TO THEIR OWN BOTTLES OF LIQUOR, PURCHASED AT DUTY FREE IN LHR. ONE OR MORE SMOKED IN THE AFT LAVATORY. THEY WOULDN'T TURN OVER THE LIQUOR TO CABIN OR COCKPIT CREW MEMBER. THEY INTERFERED WITH ALL LEVELS OF CABIN SVC. THEY WERE BELLIGERENT AND DEFIANT EVEN WITH POLICE MEETING THE FLT IN LAX. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR SAID THAT THERE WERE ONLY 3 YOUNG MEN INVOLVED AND NOT THE 8 MENTIONED IN THE PURSER'S RPT. THE SMOKE ALARMS NEVER SOUNDED. SHE CONFIRMED THAT THE CREW WAS NOT INTERVIEWED BY THE FBI AND BELIEVES THEY DIDN'T MEET THE PLANE, BUT THAT LOS ANGELES THE POLICE DID.
