Air carrier X descending to land iln, air carrier Y on vector behind air carrier X slowed significantly on his own and when air carrier Y was turned on course he made an incredibly sharp turn and gained a significant amount of speed and ran over air carrier X.

Narrative: ACR X DSNDING TO LAND ILN, ACR Y ON VECTOR BEHIND ACR X SLOWED SIGNIFICANTLY ON HIS OWN AND WHEN ACR Y WAS TURNED ON COURSE HE MADE AN INCREDIBLY SHARP TURN AND GAINED A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF SPD AND RAN OVER ACR X.
