Narrative:

Flight was planned sea to phx and departed normally. Shortly after leveling at FL330, a pressure 'bump' was felt and cabin rate was noted as being 'pegged' and cabin climbing rapidly. Performed emergency descent to 11000 ft per company procedures. Diverted to boi for WX and terrain considerations. Landed at 114500 pounds (500 pounds over maximum). Postflt inspection determined that 3 ft of aft cargo door seal was separated from door.
