Narrative:

On pdz.PDZ3 arrival to lax we crossed konzl at 17000 ft. We were given a different runway. Entering new runway all waypoints were dropped and missed crossing restr at trtle intersection. By the time we re-entered pdz arrival we were past trtle intersection. Supplemental information from acn 460700: on pdz arrival into lax we crossed konzl at 17000 ft then got a runway change, frequency change. Put new runway in FMS and it dumped all the waypoints causing us to miss crossing restr of 16000 ft at trtle. Preoccupied with FMC, runway assignment change, frequency change, FMS dump simultaneously, not good CRM, and needed to have VOR back up. Lax is very demanding on STAR because ATC sometimes takes numerous STAR and runway changes.
