Narrative:
On deer park arrival to bdl about 30 mi south of orw, given incorrect altimeter setting of 30.47 by ZBW. Over orw, bdl approach asked us to verify our altitude of 11000 ft, and gave us a new altimeter of 29.64. Corrected altimeter and noted we were 800 ft low. We reset altimeter and corrected our altitude.
