Narrative:
Due to co-mingling of parts, it is possible that I had a part in the manufacturing of 3/8 inch tubes with the wrong ms sleeves on the tube. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated the tubing was built up using the correct manual procedures and manufacturer's drawing. The reporter said 2 types of .375 inch tubes are involved. The reporter stated one tube has the 'B' nut sleeve installed on the exterior of the tubing and the other is installed on the interior of the tube. The reporter said the problem was stores put all these tube assemblies in one storage bin and some incorrect tube assemblies were shipped to the line.
