Narrative:
Aircraft xyz came to ZZZ from XXX on a ferry flight and had several write-ups. One of them was a binding throttle on the left engine. A man from XXX named mr X came to ZZZ and signed off the throttle cable as 'engine cable replaced at maintenance base visit,' referring to its visit to XXX before the write-up. I just found out about this and I am concerned.

Title: A B767 WAS RELEASED FROM HVY MAINT AND MAINT FERRIED TO ANOTHER STATION WITH INBOUND LOG RPTS OPEN.
Narrative: ACFT XYZ CAME TO ZZZ FROM XXX ON A FERRY FLT AND HAD SEVERAL WRITE-UPS. ONE OF THEM WAS A BINDING THROTTLE ON THE L ENG. A MAN FROM XXX NAMED MR X CAME TO ZZZ AND SIGNED OFF THE THROTTLE CABLE AS 'ENG CABLE REPLACED AT MAINT BASE VISIT,' REFERRING TO ITS VISIT TO XXX BEFORE THE WRITE-UP. I JUST FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS AND I AM CONCERNED.
