Narrative:
During deicing of aircraft, the ground crew noticed smoke coming out from below aircraft. Captain announced on the PA and told the passenger to deplane briskly and leave everything behind. I noticed people were slowing getting off, taking luggage out of overhead. I called up front to state the problem. Then, the captain said it again. People finally proceeded to leave belongings except for one man. Then the captain yelled at the passenger to get out. While passenger were deplaning, the captain turned the power off. There were no injuries.
