Narrative:
My aircraft was established on a 2 mi final, cleared for a touch and go. Suddenly an aircraft crossed my flight path left and continued ahead in front of me. On the radio he stated that he would be turning base to final. He was not on frequency before. I had to do a go around while he did a full stop.
