Narrative:
About 2 NM prior to 'tejay' (on PDZ3 arrival to lax) aircraft was approaching 12000 ft to meet crossing restr. Aircraft sagged below 12000 ft and was caught and corrected, reaching no less than 11700 ft. Aircraft was in clouds with rain and turbulence at night. Crew had a long day starting on east coast with occurrence on west coast at about late night, 'body clock.'

Narrative: ABOUT 2 NM PRIOR TO 'TEJAY' (ON PDZ3 ARR TO LAX) ACFT WAS APCHING 12000 FT TO MEET XING RESTR. ACFT SAGGED BELOW 12000 FT AND WAS CAUGHT AND CORRECTED, REACHING NO LESS THAN 11700 FT. ACFT WAS IN CLOUDS WITH RAIN AND TURB AT NIGHT. CREW HAD A LONG DAY STARTING ON E COAST WITH OCCURRENCE ON W COAST AT ABOUT LATE NIGHT, 'BODY CLOCK.'
