Narrative:
During IOE, level at FL180, we changed from an ILS to a CAT IIIA ILS autoland for training purposes. During the briefing, we were given a lower altitude with a continued descent to approach altitude. No one caught the fact that our altimeters were still at 29.92. This was corrected at approximately 3000 ft MSL. No mention was made by ATC. The change in control put us out of our normal sequence.
