Narrative:
Approximately 200 NM southwest of the hnn VOR, ZID gave us a descent from FL370 to FL350 for traffic. About 8 mins later at approximately 150 NM southwest of hnn we received a TA on the TCASII. I asked center about the aircraft at our 1 O'clock position and 15 NM at our altitude. Center then gave that aircraft a heading correction. At around 12 NM we received a TCASII RA. The aircraft passed our 9 O'clock position at approximately 7 mi. We were IMC at the time and did not see the other aircraft.
