Narrative:

Sold my airplane 5 months ago and stopped flying completely for financial reasons. Flew with a student for a bi-annual flight review and completely forgot about the lower limit of 3500 ft of the baltimore class B airspace. I was totally concentrating on the student and turbulence and ended up oblivious to the class B airspace. Baltimore approach asked me to call them and I was told that the FSDO would be notified. I had just previously done some flight instructing at another airport without any class B airspace. I'm not sure exactly what would have prevented this incident. However, I do believe that my total lay off of flying was a major factor in the cause of this incident.
