Narrative:
Taxiing back to my hangar after a night flight, I saw a parked airplane (I'm told that it was a fokker F27) ahead and to my left. The fokker's beacon and navigation lights were illuminated. The engines were not running. As I approached the area of the parked airplane, someone (possibly an airline employee, since the airplane has airline markings) ran out in front of my taxiing airplane and signaled me (with his hands) to do something (what, I don't know). Since, in my judgement, there was an abundance of clearance between my airplane and the fokker, I continued to taxi to my hangar without incident. As I pulled up in front of my hangar, someone, (possibly the fokker's pilot, he didn't identify himself or his call sign) called me on the radio and claimed that I had taxied too close to the fokker and that my wingtip passed under his wing. I can't say if my wingtip did, in fact, pass under his, but I could clearly see that more than adequate separation existed. Whoever I was talking to on the radio disagreed.

Title: PLT OF AN SMA SEL CESSNA TAXIED PAST A PARKED F27 ACFT SO CLOSE THAT HIS WING WENT UNDER THE WING OF THE F27.
Narrative: TAXIING BACK TO MY HANGAR AFTER A NIGHT FLT, I SAW A PARKED AIRPLANE (I'M TOLD THAT IT WAS A FOKKER F27) AHEAD AND TO MY L. THE FOKKER'S BEACON AND NAV LIGHTS WERE ILLUMINATED. THE ENGS WERE NOT RUNNING. AS I APCHED THE AREA OF THE PARKED AIRPLANE, SOMEONE (POSSIBLY AN AIRLINE EMPLOYEE, SINCE THE AIRPLANE HAS AIRLINE MARKINGS) RAN OUT IN FRONT OF MY TAXIING AIRPLANE AND SIGNALED ME (WITH HIS HANDS) TO DO SOMETHING (WHAT, I DON'T KNOW). SINCE, IN MY JUDGEMENT, THERE WAS AN ABUNDANCE OF CLRNC BTWN MY AIRPLANE AND THE FOKKER, I CONTINUED TO TAXI TO MY HANGAR WITHOUT INCIDENT. AS I PULLED UP IN FRONT OF MY HANGAR, SOMEONE, (POSSIBLY THE FOKKER'S PLT, HE DIDN'T IDENT HIMSELF OR HIS CALL SIGN) CALLED ME ON THE RADIO AND CLAIMED THAT I HAD TAXIED TOO CLOSE TO THE FOKKER AND THAT MY WINGTIP PASSED UNDER HIS WING. I CAN'T SAY IF MY WINGTIP DID, IN FACT, PASS UNDER HIS, BUT I COULD CLRLY SEE THAT MORE THAN ADEQUATE SEPARATION EXISTED. WHOEVER I WAS TALKING TO ON THE RADIO DISAGREED.
