Narrative:

Established in cruise at 17000 ft en route from harrisburg, PA, to boston, ma, crew noticed momentary flashes from the master warning flasher. Upon scan of the engine gauges, the #2 engine oil pressure was noted fluctuating or spiking into and out of the yellow caution arc. Crew proceeded to the low oil pressure checklist and completed the items which required feathering of the #2 propeller. The engine was not completely shut down as the checklist did not require this as long as oil pressure remained above 40 psi (red line). Crew declared an emergency and requested diversion to wilkes-barre/scranton, PA. A single engine landing was concluded into wilkes-barre and the passenger were braced for the landing.
