Narrative:

On selecting flaps 30 degrees from 20 degrees, both leading edge and trailing edge disagreement lights illuminated. Did go around and ran checklist. Landing without incident. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated this airplane has a long maintenance history on this flap/slat disagreement warning problem. The reporter said the flap/slat disagreement warning was written up again but is unaware of the maintenance action taken.

Narrative: ON SELECTING FLAPS 30 DEGS FROM 20 DEGS, BOTH LEADING EDGE AND TRAILING EDGE DISAGREEMENT LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. DID GAR AND RAN CHKLIST. LNDG WITHOUT INCIDENT. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR STATED THIS AIRPLANE HAS A LONG MAINT HISTORY ON THIS FLAP/SLAT DISAGREEMENT WARNING PROB. THE RPTR SAID THE FLAP/SLAT DISAGREEMENT WARNING WAS WRITTEN UP AGAIN BUT IS UNAWARE OF THE MAINT ACTION TAKEN.
