Narrative:
Aircraft on runway given takeoff clearance turned on wing lights and momentarily blinded me and I rolled approximately 10 ft past stop bar. Advised tower, aircraft on final was sidestepped to runway 17L. Be more aware of aircraft light distrs. Never previously observed wing lights at that angle.

Title: CAPT OF AN ACR WDB ROLLED PAST THE RWY HOLD SHORT LINE WHEN HE MOMENTARILY BECAME BLINDED WHEN THE ACFT IN POS TURNED ON WING LNDG LIGHTS FOR TKOF. THE TWR SIDESTEPPED ANOTHER ACFT ON FINAL TO THE PARALLEL RWY.
Narrative: ACFT ON RWY GIVEN TKOF CLRNC TURNED ON WING LIGHTS AND MOMENTARILY BLINDED ME AND I ROLLED APPROX 10 FT PAST STOP BAR. ADVISED TWR, ACFT ON FINAL WAS SIDESTEPPED TO RWY 17L. BE MORE AWARE OF ACFT LIGHT DISTRS. NEVER PREVIOUSLY OBSERVED WING LIGHTS AT THAT ANGLE.
