Narrative:
After departing the gate at austin and beginning taxi, ground control advised us to contact company radio. We were advised by aus personnel that a wheelchair passenger had been accommodated at the last min and his wheelchair had been loaded on the aircraft. The wheelchair contained a battery, and the ramp personnel had not provided me with the proper paperwork for the battery in the wheelchair. We returned to the ramp area (note the gate) and a ramp agent climbed up on top of his baggage cart tractor and handed me the paperwork through the sliding window. We departed aus without further incident.
