Narrative:
Runway 1 too short for this approach and aircraft. Braking action not good as reported and more than .01 inch of water on runway as reported. Almost direct crosswind caused hydroplaning and momentary loss of control. Braking nil and aircraft went off end of runway.

Title: AN SF340 CAPT RPTED THAT HIS ACFT WENT OFF OF THE END OF THE RWY AT ILE.
Narrative: RWY 1 TOO SHORT FOR THIS APCH AND ACFT. BRAKING ACTION NOT GOOD AS RPTED AND MORE THAN .01 INCH OF WATER ON RWY AS RPTED. ALMOST DIRECT XWIND CAUSED HYDROPLANING AND MOMENTARY LOSS OF CTL. BRAKING NIL AND ACFT WENT OFF END OF RWY.
