Narrative:
Crew noticed slight vibration after normal takeoff and clean up. No other warning lights or indications in cockpit. Crew discussed and investigated possible sources of vibration. At approximately 14000 ft MSL and 280 KTS, crew heard a loud thump and the vibration stopped. Flight continued to uneventful landing. Supplemental information from acn 467899: postflt inspection revealed the right outboard gear door missing.
