Narrative:
After liftoff, we received a windshear warning on the EFIS, followed some seconds later with IAS disagreement and altitude disagreement warnings. All of this happened during aircraft confign changes, heading change, and change to departure control frequency. I realized that the standby instruments and the first officer's displays more closely agreed and xferred control to the first officer. The QRH was consulted to no avail. Circuit breakers were checked and all were in. Contacted dispatch and maintenance duty control by radio for assistance with troubleshooting the problem. As the climb progressed, the airspeed and altitude display's differences became greater and other system, FMS and IRS displays began to drop data and disagree, yet gave no error codes. Requested return to phoenix from center and declined RNAV clrncs, requesting vectors for VOR return to the departure airport. I did not declare an emergency or request the equipment at phoenix as aircraft control was not in question. I do question our exact altitude with ATC throughout various leveloffs during departure and return. This was a cognitively complex problem with no help from onboard manuals or company resources by radio. The annunciations and warnings were in flux during a high workload phase of flight. Maintenance and boeing are still working the problem.

Title: B737-700 ENCOUNTERED NUMEROUS FLT INST DISPLAY PROBS ON DEP FROM PHX. ELECTED TO RETURN AND LAND AFTER CONSULTING WITH COMPANY MAINT.
Narrative: AFTER LIFTOFF, WE RECEIVED A WINDSHEAR WARNING ON THE EFIS, FOLLOWED SOME SECONDS LATER WITH IAS DISAGREEMENT AND ALT DISAGREEMENT WARNINGS. ALL OF THIS HAPPENED DURING ACFT CONFIGN CHANGES, HDG CHANGE, AND CHANGE TO DEP CTL FREQ. I REALIZED THAT THE STANDBY INSTS AND THE FO'S DISPLAYS MORE CLOSELY AGREED AND XFERRED CTL TO THE FO. THE QRH WAS CONSULTED TO NO AVAIL. CIRCUIT BREAKERS WERE CHKED AND ALL WERE IN. CONTACTED DISPATCH AND MAINT DUTY CTL BY RADIO FOR ASSISTANCE WITH TROUBLESHOOTING THE PROB. AS THE CLB PROGRESSED, THE AIRSPD AND ALT DISPLAY'S DIFFERENCES BECAME GREATER AND OTHER SYS, FMS AND IRS DISPLAYS BEGAN TO DROP DATA AND DISAGREE, YET GAVE NO ERROR CODES. REQUESTED RETURN TO PHOENIX FROM CTR AND DECLINED RNAV CLRNCS, REQUESTING VECTORS FOR VOR RETURN TO THE DEP ARPT. I DID NOT DECLARE AN EMER OR REQUEST THE EQUIP AT PHOENIX AS ACFT CTL WAS NOT IN QUESTION. I DO QUESTION OUR EXACT ALT WITH ATC THROUGHOUT VARIOUS LEVELOFFS DURING DEP AND RETURN. THIS WAS A COGNITIVELY COMPLEX PROB WITH NO HELP FROM ONBOARD MANUALS OR COMPANY RESOURCES BY RADIO. THE ANNUNCIATIONS AND WARNINGS WERE IN FLUX DURING A HIGH WORKLOAD PHASE OF FLT. MAINT AND BOEING ARE STILL WORKING THE PROB.
