Narrative:
After preflight, cockpit check and runup announced on CTAF that I was entering runway 29 for takeoff. No response. Visually cleared area and taxied onto runway. Announced on CTAF/unicom that I was taking off on runway 29 san manuel. Hearing no responses, applied power and began takeoff. 1/3 of the way down runway, saw agricultural spray plane coming at me. Turned on landing light and he stopped. I attained minimum flying speed in time pop off with stall horn blaring, missed him, leveled off and gained airspeed. Lack of proper radio procedure by agricultural spray operator on contract operation.
