Narrative:
P28B/U, with flight following, handed off from socal approach to tower. Tower advised to proceed to mile square park, then make right base entry for runway 19R. At that point tower cautioned for B737 off right wing. Pilot of P28B (me) saw B737 off left wing, recognized collision course, arrested descent, and proceeded over B737 into approach area for runway 19L. B737 passed under P28B. P28B then started right 180 degree turn. Tower advised to remain west of airport and that there was a cessna below landing runway 19L. P28B made left turn to runway 19R, noticed B737 landing, and initiated go around.
