Narrative:
The pilot announced that the nose gear was not showing and we may be landing on the tarmac and to be prepared in case of this. The passenger were very calm and I already had decided who would assist. There was a mother with 2 children on board who looked so frightened. I told her everything would be ok and to make sure she tightened up the seatbelts on the children. We then landed without incident and all the passenger clapped. The mother of 2 hugged and thanked me and of course the pilot did a wonderful job. What a great crew we had. The crew was so calm and all of the passenger were so gracious in thanking everyone -- especially the pilot and copilot.
