Narrative:
On ground at gate at iah, passenger left, said it was the worst landing ever. She left angry. Approximately 30 mins later, iah police came to speak with me (captain) and said they'd received a 911 call of drunk pilot. After 1 1/2 - 2 hour delay and numerous calls with pilot group, airline personnel, we resolved the situation and proved there was no 'drunk pilot.' also, about 45 mins after the initial 911 call, we believe FAA received a call and stated that there was a 'drunk pilot and a hard landing.' we believe this was all done by angry female who stated that she was an 'other airline stewardess.' false accusations were made against us/me of drinking and unsafe pilotage. Note: the landing was made with a quartering tailwind/crosswind of 25 KTS at iah runway 26. Note: there were no intoxicated pilots or any hard landing!
