Taxiing for takeoff, went 100 ft past hold short line while communicating with tower, then was cleared for takeoff without any encounters or conflicts. Have not used this runway in a long time and was unfamiliar where hold line was.

Narrative: TAXIING FOR TKOF, WENT 100 FT PAST HOLD SHORT LINE WHILE COMMUNICATING WITH TWR, THEN WAS CLRED FOR TKOF WITHOUT ANY ENCOUNTERS OR CONFLICTS. HAVE NOT USED THIS RWY IN A LONG TIME AND WAS UNFAMILIAR WHERE HOLD LINE WAS.
