Narrative:

A flight attendant came to us in galley (first class) and explained that a passenger would not comply with the safety procedures -- for taxi out. After PA for seatbelts and tray tables in row X, the passenger made verbal slanders and racial slanders to her, as she explained the safety procedures. Flight attendant #1 also went back to passenger. She said he repeated the racial slurs and verbal abuse along with repeated loud profanity. A passenger complained to me that they did not want this man on board, due to his loud, profanity behavior. A well known doctor was on board, and reiterated that getting him off the aircraft was the right thing to do. He made everyone very uncomfortable with his racial accusations. He seemed to be prejudice to our race. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated that she didn't know if alcohol was involved. The man was traveling with a woman, who seemed to support his harassment of the flight attendant. They started to taxi out, as the man was continuing to yell at the cabin attendant, 'you *&^(% $#@^% *&%$@* honky.

Title: CABIN ATTENDANT RPT, LGA-DFW. PAX WOULD NOT OBEY SAFETY INSTRUCTION ON BOARDING, MADE RACIAL SLURS AND PROFANITY AGAINST CREW ON TAXI. RETURN TO GATE, PAX REMOVED.

Narrative: A FLT ATTENDANT CAME TO US IN GALLEY (FIRST CLASS) AND EXPLAINED THAT A PAX WOULD NOT COMPLY WITH THE SAFETY PROCS -- FOR TAXI OUT. AFTER PA FOR SEATBELTS AND TRAY TABLES IN ROW X, THE PAX MADE VERBAL SLANDERS AND RACIAL SLANDERS TO HER, AS SHE EXPLAINED THE SAFETY PROCS. FLT ATTENDANT #1 ALSO WENT BACK TO PAX. SHE SAID HE REPEATED THE RACIAL SLURS AND VERBAL ABUSE ALONG WITH REPEATED LOUD PROFANITY. A PAX COMPLAINED TO ME THAT THEY DID NOT WANT THIS MAN ON BOARD, DUE TO HIS LOUD, PROFANITY BEHAVIOR. A WELL KNOWN DOCTOR WAS ON BOARD, AND REITERATED THAT GETTING HIM OFF THE ACFT WAS THE RIGHT THING TO DO. HE MADE EVERYONE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE WITH HIS RACIAL ACCUSATIONS. HE SEEMED TO BE PREJUDICE TO OUR RACE. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR STATED THAT SHE DIDN'T KNOW IF ALCOHOL WAS INVOLVED. THE MAN WAS TRAVELING WITH A WOMAN, WHO SEEMED TO SUPPORT HIS HARASSMENT OF THE FLT ATTENDANT. THEY STARTED TO TAXI OUT, AS THE MAN WAS CONTINUING TO YELL AT THE CABIN ATTENDANT, 'YOU *&^(% $#@^% *&%$@* HONKY.
