Narrative:
Normal approach (stabilized). Normal landing. After touchdown, speed brake lever movement fully aft. Extend position. Reversers #2 and #3. Idle reverse (#1 was dmi'ed) then the aircraft changed pitch attitude, nose up, back to forward thrust. The nose came down hard, again without control. Then I stopped the airplane on the runway. 1 main gear and the 2 nose gear were blown. The first officer and the flight engineer told me that in caracas, venezuela the spoilers didn't extend automatically. The captain from that flight told me that he felt the airplane 'shift' to the right. The trim was approximately 2 degrees to the right. I suspect automatic ground spoilers #2 were delayed. See lockheed manual 'handling spoilers in-flight page 10.
