Narrative:
While parked at the FBO, I started the engines and listened to ATIS, then called for my IFR clearance. I was cleared to taxi to runway 32R. I didn't write down which runway that I was cleared to taxi to, and I thought runway 32R was closed. In fact, runway 32L was the closed runway, as reported in the ATIS broadcast, which I also neglected to write down. Therefore, I proceeded to taxi to runway 32L, thinking that was the open runway. In order to get to runway 32L, I had to cross runway 32R, which I thought I was cleared to do. After crossing runway 32R, the controller informed me of my mistake, and cleared me for a 180 degree turn back to runway 32R. I think the main factors that contributed to this incident were: not writing down the ATIS broadcast when I listened to it, not clarifying my taxi instructions before I crossed the active runway -- even though I did have a small doubt in my mind as to which runway was closed, and the fact that I was tired. I was well within my duty time limits, and actually duty time was not a factor in this flight because I had just dropped off the passenger and was empty, therefore, it was a part 91 leg. But the fact remains that I was tired and fatigued. It was XA00 and I began my day the previous morning at AG00. Even though I didn't start flying or start my duty day until 6 hours later, I was tired and therefore less attentive to detail. In the future, I will consider this limitation more seriously.

Title: A B58 COMMERCIAL ATX PLT CROSSES RWY 32R, THE ACTIVE RWY, FOR A DEP ON RWY 32L, THE CLOSED RWY, AT OMA, NE.

EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T START FLYING OR START MY DUTY DAY UNTIL 6 HRS LATER, I WAS TIRED AND THEREFORE LESS ATTENTIVE TO DETAIL. IN THE FUTURE, I WILL CONSIDER THIS LIMITATION MORE SERIOUSLY.
