Narrative:
Conducted preflight. Noticed very slight hydraulic leak on left captain side nosewheel steering actuator. Forward nosewheel doors closed. Asked captain to check. Captain looked at leak and asked me to call station maintenance. I am new and 'did not know' that maintenance at ZZZ is contract. Maintenance inspected slight leak and advised captain that aircraft was good to go, signed off log. Captain inspected lob. It was departure time and there was a rush to get the flight inspected. Upon selection of gear up on departure we received red gear unsafe light and had severe vibration. Complied with abnormal checklist -- no fix. Captain elected to divert to mia and make overweight landing. Company maintenance suspects contract maintenance left forward nosewheel doors open, therefore, putting them out of sequence for retraction. Forward doors were closed when I did my preflight inspection. When maintenance said we were good to go, captain felt comfortable with the situation and we departed.

Title: AN MD SUPER 80 IMMEDIATELY AFTER TKOF DECLARED AN EMER AND DIVERTED DUE TO NOSE LNDG GEAR UNSAFE LIGHT AND SEVERE VIBRATION CAUSED BY NOSE LNDG GEAR DOORS OPERATED OUT OF SEQUENCE.
Narrative: CONDUCTED PREFLT. NOTICED VERY SLIGHT HYD LEAK ON L CAPT SIDE NOSEWHEEL STEERING ACTUATOR. FORWARD NOSEWHEEL DOORS CLOSED. ASKED CAPT TO CHK. CAPT LOOKED AT LEAK AND ASKED ME TO CALL STATION MAINT. I AM NEW AND 'DID NOT KNOW' THAT MAINT AT ZZZ IS CONTRACT. MAINT INSPECTED SLIGHT LEAK AND ADVISED CAPT THAT ACFT WAS GOOD TO GO, SIGNED OFF LOG. CAPT INSPECTED LOB. IT WAS DEP TIME AND THERE WAS A RUSH TO GET THE FLT INSPECTED. UPON SELECTION OF GEAR UP ON DEP WE RECEIVED RED GEAR UNSAFE LIGHT AND HAD SEVERE VIBRATION. COMPLIED WITH ABNORMAL CHKLIST -- NO FIX. CAPT ELECTED TO DIVERT TO MIA AND MAKE OVERWT LNDG. COMPANY MAINT SUSPECTS CONTRACT MAINT LEFT FORWARD NOSEWHEEL DOORS OPEN, THEREFORE, PUTTING THEM OUT OF SEQUENCE FOR RETRACTION. FORWARD DOORS WERE CLOSED WHEN I DID MY PREFLT INSPECTION. WHEN MAINT SAID WE WERE GOOD TO GO, CAPT FELT COMFORTABLE WITH THE SIT AND WE DEPARTED.
