No 6 month proficiency check. Had trouble with check late jul/99. Received more training. Passed check aug/xa/99. My recurrent base month is june. My base month is december. Called crew qualification late dec/99 and was told the computer would take care of it. This was the pilot's most recent flight.

CALLED CREW QUALIFICATION LATE DEC/99 AND WAS TOLD THE COMPUTER WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. THIS WAS THE PLT'S MOST RECENT FLT.
