Narrative:
Flight in north atlantic track system. Experiencing potential medical emergency, en route divert to bikf/kef. Captain had instructed first officer to monitor aircraft and handle position reports along with recording of same on flight log. Crossing 60n030w at XA42Z noted first officer recording data for report. Still involved with above mentioned conference call. Relief came back on deck to relieve first officer for crew break. XB09Z received SELCAL from gander radio requesting 30W position report. Gave same from position report log. Inquired of first officer if he had made same. No, and had not mentioned that to his relief.
