Narrative:
A passenger became intoxicated during the meal service and verbally abused a flight attendant, the purser, ms xy, then spoke to the passenger, explaining our zero tolerance for intoxication and misconduct and was advised that she would not be given any more alcohol. I was not directly involved in this incident. Supplemental information from acn 477010: I dealt with passenger at ticket counter before boarding. She appeared agitated upon boarding, which may have been alcohol related.

Title: CABIN ATTENDANT RPT, B767, SFO-JFK, WOMAN BECAME INTOXICATED, VERBALLY ASSAULTED CABIN ATTENDANT. PURSER REPRIMANDED WOMAN, CEASED ALCOHOL INTAKE.
Narrative: A PAX BECAME INTOXICATED DURING THE MEAL SVC AND VERBALLY ABUSED A FLT ATTENDANT, THE PURSER, MS XY, THEN SPOKE TO THE PAX, EXPLAINING OUR ZERO TOLERANCE FOR INTOXICATION AND MISCONDUCT AND WAS ADVISED THAT SHE WOULD NOT BE GIVEN ANY MORE ALCOHOL. I WAS NOT DIRECTLY INVOLVED IN THIS INCIDENT. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 477010: I DEALT WITH PAX AT TICKET COUNTER BEFORE BOARDING.
