Passenger was a young white male, late 20's, brown hair, medium build. A flight attendant asked passenger to turn off his cell phone on taxi out. She also asked him to fasten seatbelt. He ignored her and continued his conversation. She asked him 3 times. He continued to ignore her. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated the man eventually did turn his cell phone off, 1/2 way through the taxi. The flight continued without any more disruption from him.

Narrative: PAX WAS A YOUNG WHITE MALE, LATE 20'S, BROWN HAIR, MEDIUM BUILD. A FLT ATTENDANT ASKED PAX TO TURN OFF HIS CELL PHONE ON TAXI OUT. SHE ALSO ASKED HIM TO FASTEN SEATBELT. HE IGNORED HER AND CONTINUED HIS CONVERSATION. SHE ASKED HIM 3 TIMES. HE CONTINUED TO IGNORE HER. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR STATED THE MAN EVENTUALLY DID TURN HIS CELL PHONE OFF, 1/2 WAY THROUGH THE TAXI. THE FLT CONTINUED WITHOUT ANY MORE DISRUPTION FROM HIM.
