Narrative:

After passing clawz intersection, we (air carrier X) were cleared to maintain heading 100 degrees to intercept the alma transition, leese 9 arrival to orl airport and to descend to 10000 ft MSL. The first officer read back the clearance including the altitude. We started our descent from FL270 to 10000 ft MSL and called ZJX to report leaving FL270. Descending out of FL254, ZJX advised us that we were not cleared for descent. He cleared us to maintain FL260, which we did.
