Narrative:
We had been cleared to cross 15 NM northwest of jvl VOR at and maintain 13000 ft. Captain was flying aircraft with autoplt engaged and autothrottle off to comply with 270 KT speed restr. We briefly descended through 13000 ft, the first officer announced the altitude deviation, captain immediately disconnected the autoplt and immediately corrected back to 13000 ft. At this time, ATC queried us to confirm leveling at 13000 ft and we responded to the affirmative. No traffic conflicts were reported or observed during this event.
