Narrative:

I had established a stabilized approach to runway 24. While on final, I did not observe any traffic on the road, which is adjacent to the end of the runway. While on short final my view of the road was somewhat restr given the low wing of my aircraft. I was unaware of the vehicle's presence on the road. Just as I began my flare, I heard a large 'bang.' I maintained positive control of the aircraft and landed on the runway. Minor damage occurred. The FAA classified it as an incident. Put up signs stating 'low flying planes.'
