Narrative:
On the braymer 1 there is an airspeed restr of 210 KTS at cares. Approximately 3 mi past cares, approach asked if we had 'begun' slowing to 210 KTS. We were at 210 KTS at the time. I felt the controller thought that we may have missed that restr.
