Narrative:
I was cleared for takeoff runway 28C and to fly runway heading. On takeoff roll at approximately 80 KTS ATC advised me to cancel takeoff clearance, there was an aircraft entering runway 28C. I aborted takeoff and stopped approximately 1000 ft from a commuter aircraft. Per conversation with pit tower supervisor, commuter was told to hold short of runway 28C on taxiway V. Aircraft stopped approximately 1/2 way across runway 28C.
