Narrative:
I was informed that the seal on the cargo hold had possibly broken in-flight, thus, creating a very loud noise in first class on r-hand side of the second row. I was also advised that '5 days' prior to our takeoff, the logbook had a write-up similar to this mechanical. The captain called and we diverted to jfk at XA30, and the aircraft went OTS at that time.

Title: CABIN ATTENDANT RPT, B767, ORD-MXD. CARGO DOOR HOLD SEAL BROKEN CREATING LOUD NOISE IN FIRST CLASS, ROW 2. DIVERT TO JFK. PLANE TAKEN OTS.
Narrative: I WAS INFORMED THAT THE SEAL ON THE CARGO HOLD HAD POSSIBLY BROKEN INFLT, THUS, CREATING A VERY LOUD NOISE IN FIRST CLASS ON R-HAND SIDE OF THE SECOND ROW. I WAS ALSO ADVISED THAT '5 DAYS' PRIOR TO OUR TKOF, THE LOGBOOK HAD A WRITE-UP SIMILAR TO THIS MECHANICAL. THE CAPT CALLED AND WE DIVERTED TO JFK AT XA30, AND THE ACFT WENT OTS AT THAT TIME.
