Narrative:
Reclrnc due to early ETA at 5910N. After receiving and accepting our oceanic clearance from shanwick, we were cleared direct to 5910N. This changed our ETA at 5910N, so we informed ATC (scottish) of our new ETA. Shortly thereafter, we received an ACARS reclrnc message from shanwick. Nothing had changed except the entry time. I thought this was shanwick's way of informing us that they had received our updated ETA. Not wanting to confuse anyone, we did not do the ACARS drill. Just before arriving at 5910N, we got a 'message timed out, use voice procedures' message on ACARS. We then tried the 'ACARS' drill and got the 'clearance accepted' message. Captain then called shanwick on VHF to confirm our clearance. As he was doing that, ATC called and also said we were reclred and read us the same clearance that we originally had. I read back our track coordinates to ATC and we had an uneventful crossing.

Title: B767 CREW HAD CONFUSING WAYPOINT ESTIMATES WITH EGGX AND EGPX CTL.
Narrative: RECLRNC DUE TO EARLY ETA AT 5910N. AFTER RECEIVING AND ACCEPTING OUR OCEANIC CLRNC FROM SHANWICK, WE WERE CLRED DIRECT TO 5910N. JUST BEFORE ARRIVING AT 5910N, WE GOT A 'MESSAGE TIMED OUT, USE VOICE PROCS' MESSAGE ON ACARS. WE THEN TRIED THE 'ACARS' DRILL AND GOT THE 'CLRNC ACCEPTED' MESSAGE. CAPT THEN CALLED SHANWICK ON VHF TO CONFIRM OUR CLRNC. AS HE WAS DOING THAT, ATC CALLED AND ALSO SAID WE WERE RECLRED AND READ US THE SAME CLRNC THAT WE ORIGINALLY HAD. I READ BACK OUR TRACK COORDINATES TO ATC AND WE HAD AN UNEVENTFUL XING.
