Narrative:
I was conducting an IFR approach to jwn airport under VMC to about 5 mi north of airport, where ATC advised 2 airplanes in pattern at jwn. I had jwn in sight, so I canceled my IFR flight plan, tuned radio to local CTAF frequency of 122.7. Mistake was radio actually tuned to 127.7. I made 2 calls, including my position, request for traffic and received no response. I assumed other traffic was now clear, so I proceeded straight-in runway 19 for which my ILS runway 19 approach had me aligned. I landed in the first 1000 ft and proceeded to taxi to the taxiway at approximately 2500 ft (center of runway), where I saw a cessna 150 turning off the runway onto the taxiway. I had landed behind the cessna, before he was clear of runway. P.south. Spoke with cessna pilot and apologized.
Original NASA ASRS Text
Title: PLT OF A PIPER PA28 LANDS WHILE A C150 IS ROLLING OUT, AFTER LNDG, AT AN UNCTLED ARPT.
Narrative: I WAS CONDUCTING AN IFR APCH TO JWN ARPT UNDER VMC TO ABOUT 5 MI N OF ARPT, WHERE ATC ADVISED 2 AIRPLANES IN PATTERN AT JWN. I HAD JWN IN SIGHT, SO I CANCELED MY IFR FLT PLAN, TUNED RADIO TO LCL CTAF FREQ OF 122.7. MISTAKE WAS RADIO ACTUALLY TUNED TO 127.7. I MADE 2 CALLS, INCLUDING MY POS, REQUEST FOR TFC AND RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. I ASSUMED OTHER TFC WAS NOW CLR, SO I PROCEEDED STRAIGHT-IN RWY 19 FOR WHICH MY ILS RWY 19 APCH HAD ME ALIGNED. I LANDED IN THE FIRST 1000 FT AND PROCEEDED TO TAXI TO THE TXWY AT APPROX 2500 FT (CTR OF RWY), WHERE I SAW A CESSNA 150 TURNING OFF THE RWY ONTO THE TXWY. I HAD LANDED BEHIND THE CESSNA, BEFORE HE WAS CLR OF RWY. P.S. SPOKE WITH CESSNA PLT AND APOLOGIZED.
