Narrative:

Just prior to our descent, moderate vibration was encountered near the wing that joins the fuselage area of the aircraft. Flight attendants came to cockpit to inform us of the severity of vibration. Persons in affected area could barely stay in their seats. Flight attendants could barely stand and walk in affected area. Upon inspection, I was told that 3 loose screws were found on fuselage panels. Ferried to maintenance base where I was told that seals between wing root and fuselage were torn and missing.
