Narrative:
After making the appropriate radio calls to establish ourselves on base leg at pez for runway 16 my student proceeded to make a call for final while simultaneously turning for final. During the standard left turn to final I noticed a plane making a right turn to final. The plane was lower and about 1/2-1 mi behind us. At this point my student committed to a go around and made a radio call informing pez traffic of his intentions. He also stated that we were making a closed pattern for a touch and go on runway 16. While executing our intentions, pez unicom stated to us that the plane behind us which landed was a crop duster, had no radios, and was now clear of the runway.
