Narrative:
The first officer was flying the mazie 1 arrival into phl. Phl approach told us to slow up and to turn to a heading of 260 degrees once we reached the mazie intersection. Phl was landing to the east and I was reviewing the xo-B page to prepare for taxi once on the ground. Phl had changed or renumbered all the spots where we change from ground to ramp frequency, so I was planning and reviewing what spot I would need to get to in order to get to my gate. This is when I heard phl approach ask us where we were going. I responded as instructed, right to 260 degrees at mazie. He then said we never made it to mazie. The first officer turned early. No TA or RA on TCASII. Called phl tower to verify no conflict. Phl said no problem.
