Narrative:

Missed turn after takeoff from nashville 8 departure and then did not intercept radial as shown on STAR for runway 2R takeoff. Biggest factor probably was that we don't fly new B737-700 model very much and normal visual cues are not there. Also, just generally slightly behind airplane as unfamiliarity breeds small mistakes.

Narrative: MISSED TURN AFTER TKOF FROM NASHVILLE 8 DEP AND THEN DID NOT INTERCEPT RADIAL AS SHOWN ON STAR FOR RWY 2R TKOF. BIGGEST FACTOR PROBABLY WAS THAT WE DON'T FLY NEW B737-700 MODEL VERY MUCH AND NORMAL VISUAL CUES ARE NOT THERE. ALSO, JUST GENERALLY SLIGHTLY BEHIND AIRPLANE AS UNFAMILIARITY BREEDS SMALL MISTAKES.
