Narrative:
A passenger ate a nut in the salad and had an allergic reaction in her throat, which started swelling shut. We paged for a doctor. No doctor onboard. She had her own benadryl and took 4 tablets. She refused oxygen when offered to assist her with breathing. We landed at den. Medical paramedics removed the passenger. We continued to jfk.

Title: CABIN ATTENDANT RPT, B757, SJC-JFK. WOMAN HAD SEVERE ALLERGIC REACTION TO NUTS IN SALAD. DIVERT TO DEN. PARAMEDICS TOOK HER TO HOSPITAL.
Narrative: A PAX ATE A NUT IN THE SALAD AND HAD AN ALLERGIC REACTION IN HER THROAT, WHICH STARTED SWELLING SHUT. WE PAGED FOR A DOCTOR. NO DOCTOR ONBOARD. SHE HAD HER OWN BENADRYL AND TOOK 4 TABLETS.
