Narrative:
Both aircraft taxied at the same time. Because the call signs are only 1 digit off, it caused some confusion. The airlines are laying the ground work for a safety disaster.

Title: TWR CTLR CONCERN REGARDING SIMILAR ACFT CALL SIGNS CREATING A POTENTIAL UNSAFE OP DUE TO CLRNCS GIVEN AND RESPONDED TO BY THE WRONG ACFT.
Narrative: BOTH ACFT TAXIED AT THE SAME TIME. BECAUSE THE CALL SIGNS ARE ONLY 1 DIGIT OFF, IT CAUSED SOME CONFUSION. THE AIRLINES ARE LAYING THE GND WORK FOR A SAFETY DISASTER.
