Narrative:
We were stopped at the edge of our parking pad, awaiting taxi clearance for takeoff. A tug towing 2 dollies with LB3 containers passed in front of us. The LB3 containers were blown off the dollies by a DC10 pwring up to taxi onto the neighboring runway. The jetblast blew the containers into and dented the lower intake lip of our #3 engine. The containers were only partially clamped to the dollies. Had they been completely secured, they would not have blown far enough to strike us.
